For this Dungeon23 update, I’ve got two NPCs: Quingo Vilcito and Servan Tuso Gonta Morada. They’re turning up in Thawar, a major city on the planet Ugash IV. The Team will be there because they’ve been offered a deal too good to refuse, but may come at a cost too high to pay… as it should often be fore something in a Cyberpunk/SciFi Action world.
